The next guest on tonight's edition of Politics Hub with Sophy Ridge is Labour's shadow environment secretary Steve Reed. It just shows how far this prime minister has run out of road." Mr Reed also said it is "absolutely insane" that Rishi Sunak said at PMQs that Sir Keir is siding with an EU country over Britain by meeting the Greek prime minister. He adds: "It's unbelievable that the UK's prime minister, Rishi Sunak, has now got so small that he'd rather play the headlines than do the business with one of our close allies." "But instead, the prime minister, Rishi Sunak, decided to go for a headline." He goes on to describe Greece as a "very close ally", adding: "He could have sat down and spoken to him about the issues we've got with immigration, with security, so many issues that we have in common and we should be talking about. Mr Reed says we're only talking about them "because the prime minister of the United Kingdom refused to meet on his visit to London the prime minister of Greece".
